 【台灣玉山烏龍】 Yushan Oolong

【玉山高山烏龍茶】

原産地: 台湾南投県信義鎮

特徴：標高1,200～1,800メートルの玉山の麓に植えられ、一年中雲と霧に覆われ、水分も十分にある「軟枝高山烏龍茶」に属する茶の木です。玉山高山烏龍茶は、香り、味、甘味が独特で、他の烏龍茶産地に勝る標高の高い特徴があり、その香り、まろやかさ、魅力、美しさ、甘味、さわやかさ、そして茶道愛好家の間で非常に人気があります。喉の渇きを潤すのが「玉山烏龍茶」の特徴です。

香り：ライトなオレンジの花の香り。

味わい：茶スープは蜂蜜色で、明るく透明で光沢があり、まろやかな味で、活動感があり、長く淹れられます。のどごしに厚みがあり、軽くて上品な香りがあり、飲み飽きません。

Prepare ‧Zhuangzi Tea-Party glass infuser/otherteaware

              ‧2.5g of tea leaves.

              ‧Water temperature 95℃ ( 150cc)

Steps  1.Rinse the teaware with hot water.

           2.Put in the tea leaves, fill with hot water.   Pourout the water.

           3.Fill the teaware with hot water, cover thelid.

           4.Wait for 2 minutes before serving.

           5.Can brew up to 4~5 times.

Amount of tea leaves can be adjusted accordingly.

準備：‧荘子Tea-Party用ガラス茶器（他の物でも可）

           ‧茶葉約2.5g。

           ‧95℃の熱湯約150cc。

手順： 1. 茶器、蓋をあたためる。

            2. 茶葉と熱湯を入れすぐた熱湯だけをすてる。

            3. 熱湯を入れ蓋をする。

            4. 約2分後お召し上がほつてください。

            5. 約4～5回け熱湯を注ぎ足して飲める。

注：お好みによつて茶葉の量、回数を調整して下さい。
