Storage
1. | Tea should be stored away from moisture and light at room temperature in an air-tight container. Storage life for all teas can be extended by using desiccant packets or oxygen absorbing packets, and by vacuum sealing. Improperly stored tea may lose flavor, acquire disagreeable flavors or odors from other foods, or become moldy. |

Brewing Method
1. Cold Brewing Tea
Directions (1) | Pour cold boiled-water into a container. |
(2) | The ratio of tea to water is 1:100, for example: 6 grams of tea correspond to 600ml of water, and the amount of tea infused is adjusted according to personal preferences. |
(3) | Store in a refrigerator for 8 hours before serving. |
