味 : 渋みのない、爽やかな甘み、この上もなく上品。 Prepare‧Zhuangzi Tea-Party glass infuser/other teaware ‧3g of tea leaves. ‧Water temperature 100℃ ( 150cc). Steps :1.Heating the teaware. 2.Put tealeaves and water into the teaware, and filter out the hot water immediately. 3.Pour hot water again, then cover thelid. 4.waiting for 3 minutes before serving. 5.pour hot water 5~7 times , and enjoy it. P.S. :Amountof tea leaves can be adjusted accordingly 準備:‧荘子Tea-Party用ガラス茶器(他の物でも可) ‧茶葉約3g。 ‧100℃の熱湯約150cc。 手順: 1. 茶器、蓋をあたためる。 2. 茶葉と熱湯を入れすぐた熱湯だけをすてる。 3. 熱湯を入れ蓋をする。 4. 約3分後お召し上がほつてください。 5. 約5~7 回け熱湯を注ぎ足して飲める。 注:お好みによつて茶葉の量、回数を調整して下さい。
