【大禹嶺】 Dayuling Oolong

Origin:Dayuling/Hualien County/Taiwan
Charac:The world’s highest elevation of teacultivation region of 2630m.
Two harvests throughout the year in late spring and autumn respectively. Ayearly output is generally few and limited. Tea leaves are big and thick withhigh pectin. Labeled as “The King of High Mountain Tea”, it is tremendouslypopular to high class buyers.

Prepare ‧Zhuangzi Tea-Party glass infuser/otherteaware
‧3g of tea leaves.
‧Water temperature 100℃ ( 150cc)
Steps 1.Rinse the teaware with hot water.
2.Put in the tea leaves, fill with hot water. Pourout the water.
3.Fill the teaware with hot water, cover thelid.
4.Wait for 3 minutes before serving.
5.Can brew up to 5~7 times.
Amount of tea leaves can be adjusted accordingly.
