Alishan Oolong Tea　アリサンウーロン茶

【阿里山】 Alishan Oolong 

             ‧Water temperature 100℃ ( 150cc).

Steps ：1.Rinse the teaware with hot water.

              2.Put in the tea leaves, fill with hot water.Pour out the water.

              3.Fill the teaware with hotwater, cover the lid.

              4.Wait for 3 minutes beforeserving.

              5.Can brew up to 5~7 times.

P.S.    ：Amount of tea leavescan be adjusted accordingly

準備：‧荘子Tea-Party用ガラス茶器（他の物でも可）

            ‧茶葉約3g。

            ‧95℃の熱湯約150cc。

手順： 1. 茶器、蓋をあたためる。

             2. 茶葉と熱湯を入れすぐた熱湯だけをすてる。

             3. 熱湯を入れ蓋をする。

             4. 約3分後お召し上がほつてください。

             5. 約5～7回け熱湯を注ぎ足して飲める。

注：お好みによつて茶葉の量、回数を調整して下さい。
